Do you service all makes and models?
Yes. City Air services and sells equipment from all makes and models. Tell us what equipment you have and what it is doing, and we will help determine the right next step.
What systems can City Air service?
City Air services, repairs and installs commercial air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, refrigeration and building-control systems. Heating support includes hydronic, electric and gas systems.
Can you help with our building controls?
Yes. City Air works with digital, electric and pneumatic controls. We can discuss the problem you are seeing and how the controls interact with the rest of your building systems.
Do you offer planned maintenance?
Yes. Maintenance plans are customized around your facility and equipment, helping you address routine needs before they become urgent problems.
What does the Client Priority Program include?
Program clients receive front-of-line service priority, one additional year of parts-and-labour warranty coverage, 15% off parts including refrigerant, and 15% off service calls including weekend and after-hours calls.
Do you sell and install replacement equipment?
Yes. City Air supplies equipment including rooftop heating and cooling units, make-up air units, exhaust fans and air handlers. Contact us to discuss what fits your building and operating needs.
Can you handle specialized temperature requirements?
Yes. City Air has experience with laboratories and research centres that require precise temperatures, custom heating cabinets or wide temperature ranges in a single room.
